I utilize an eclectic approach with clients, implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Therapy,  psychotherapy, and Person-Centered Therapies.   All researched based techniques may be assisted in conjunction to help maximize the benefits of counseling.

I feel that I have found my passion practicing and assisting others in a professional setting with a nurturing and safe environment.  I often work with individuals and families, on helping them achieve their own personal desired goals which may include depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, self –harming and suicidal ideation,  I can also help with situational events such as marriage, divorce, or the passing of a loved one and grieving,

I assist clients by guiding them through difficulties in relationships, and helping them to obtain healthy, positive interpersonal relationships.  Some other issues I assist families with are working on positive parenting skills, learning and implementing additional healthy and effective coping skills, and utilizing helpful and positive communication skills.”
