Cindy Hilley LMSW, CAADC, CCS, received her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Wayne State University, received a Post Master’s Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Studies and is currently working on her development plan for Certified Clinical Supervisor. Additionally, Cindy is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 10 years of experience working in the field. She has experience working with formerly incarcerated clients, experience in both residential and outpatient settings that struggle with substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders and trauma.
Cindy is a trauma informed, faith-based therapist, utilizing an eclectic approach that includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), solution-focused, strength-based approach. She knows the importance of having a person-centered approach with unconditional positive regard and acceptance.
